What happens if a product arrives incorrectly or in poor condition?
We offer a free exchange service for products that arrive incorrectly, defectively or in poor condition. If you receive such a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at +34 669 40 48 33 so that we can schedule the exchange.

How can I return a product?
You can return a product if you don't like it, it's not what you expected, the measurements don't fit what you need or for any other reason. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any product.

The products must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging intact. Write us a WhatsApp at 669404833 to inform us that you are going to make the return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow for sending the product back.


When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used to place your order.


The costs of shipping returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defects in the merchandise or a service error.
